Hi, I’m Claire.
I’m a detail-obsessed operator and experience curator on a mission to make every interaction, personal or professional, feel meaningful and memorable.
Working across creative agencies, behavior-changing firms, and community-driven startups, I’ve always worn a lot of hats. I’m currently on a journey of designing my life and figuring out which hat I want to wear next.
I left my job in June and moved out to Colorado (with 5-months of planning so not as spontaneous as it sounds). The value of taking time to reflect on the work I’ve done, what I’ve loved, what I’ve outgrown, and where I truly thrive has been immeasurable.
Inspired by the Stanford course Designing Your Life by Bill Burnett, I’ve been exploring what it means to align my work-view and life-view and how to curate a career that brings both fulfillment and impact. I believe in work that’s rooted in community, shaped by diverse perspectives, and designed to leave things better than I found them.
I’m looking for a role where I can lead with empathy, move with purpose, and bring people together. Work that blends strategy and storytelling, collaboration and autonomy, and ultimately helps create something meaningful for others.
Things I notice (That most people don’t)
how helpful (or not) way-finding signs are in public
who’s not speaking up in meetings or social gatherings
overhead lighting vs. low lighting changing the room feel
non-dairy and meatless options at catered events
how people treat and interact with service industry staff
the inclination in someone’s voice when they answer “how are you?”
What I’m bringing to the picnic
chilled bevys: a crisp, not-too-sweet wine and seltzer waters
bluetooth speaker
a variety of home dips + chips
stadium seat floor chairs (who doesn’t love a little back support)
charcuterie accoutrements (cutting board, knife, napkins, etc.,)
a whole baguette, because why not
waterproof blanket
5 second rule card game
