  • How helpful (or not) way-finding signs are in public

  • Who’s speaking up or not in meetings and social gatherings

  • Overhead lighting vs. low lighting affecting the room feel

  • Non-dairy and meatless options at catered events

  • How people treat and interact with service industry staff

  • The inclination in someone’s voice when they answer “how are you?”

Working across creative agencies, behavior-changing firms, and community-driven startups, I’ve worn a lot of hats.

I believe in work that’s rooted in community, shaped by diverse perspectives, and designed to leave things better than I found them.

I thrive in roles where I can lead with empathy, move with purpose, and bring people together. Work that blends strategy and storytelling, collaboration and autonomy, and ultimately helps create something meaningful for others.

  • The mountains + weather + sense of adventure first pulled me in, but deeper than that, I wanted to explore a new state, build community from scratch, and get outside my comfort zone - all things that have put me in a place of intentional and inevitable growth.

  • I’m someone who thrives in motion, isn’t afraid to ask questions, and has an insane attention to detail. I’ve always had a deep desire to understand how things work - and how people think, feel and move through the world. Kindness is my default, and curiosity is my compass.

    Also: I’ll never turn down a trail ride, a sourdough starter attempt (again), or a Sunday brewery hang. 

  • I’m on the hunt for a hands-on, client-facing role where I can build strong relationships and become a trusted partner in driving meaningful, service-based work.

    I’d love the opportunity to lead initiatives while staying close to the execution - especially in an environment that’s dynamic and a little scrappy.

    I thrive when I have creative freedom and autonomy, paired with the support of a smart and collaborative team that’s excited to do work that actually matters.
